What Crawl Space Encapsulation Packages Are Eligible?

All crawl space and basement packages have a limited warranty and some packages and products installed can qualify for a limited lifetime warranty with our exclusive service agreement. Some restrictions apply.

Do I Need a Service Agreement?

Yes. In order to maintain the dehumidifier, sump pump, condensate pump and ventilation system, Crawl Space Ninja must perform the appropriate semi-annual and annual maintenance per the manufacturer recommendations. Maintenance agreements are affordable and typically run about the same as an air conditioner service agreement.

Do I Have to Get a Limited Lifetime Crawl Space System?

No. Crawl Space Ninja has several options available to fit any budget, but with our no money down low monthly payment options available, upgrading to a Limited Lifetime System is very affordable.
