ANNUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
The Crawl Space Ninja Annual Service Agreement is exclusive to our wonderful customers. The Annual Service Agreement includes a Limited Lifetime Extended Warranty on all mechanical devices installed by Crawl Space Ninja as well as a Limited Lifetime Mold Warranty on all Gold and Platinum Hybrid Crawl Space Encapsulation System™ Packages.
The Exclusive Annual Service Agreement includes maintenance on all dehumidifiers, sump pumps and ventilation fans installed by Crawl Space Ninja plus a corner to corner inspection of your crawl space twice a year. That’s right, one low price of $399 (or $40/mo) covers your crawl space inspection and maintenance two times a year plus the added peace of mind of a limited lifetime warranty.
Regular maintenance on equipment installed by Crawl Space Ninja is vital to ensuring your crawl space is protected by helping to prevent flooding and water damage, and to ensure the machines are working properly and at maximum efficiency. Improper maintenance can damage equipment and even void the manufacturer warranty.
